A credit opens a mulch site.

Arborist welcome pack. Pete here. Households get mulch. Crews drop it closer, at a garden or a nursery, instead of driving it a long way. Jobs get priced. Fair value. Each side receives something, or saves something: time, travel, mulch, or money.

A quote lead is not a mulch credit. You pay a small unlock fee, from $10 to $60 including GST, to see the name and mobile. MulchSpot does not take a cut of the job.
It happens. Text me straight away and say what the page did. It is an easy fix. The arborist welcome pack uses one account. Do not make a second while you wait. A second account splits your credits and your leads.
Pick another site and go. Then text me the suburb and what they said. I put the credit back. I am prompt about it. You should not be out of pocket for a no.
A finished job still has a truck to empty. The map is households, schools, community gardens and rural blocks that have asked for arborist wood chips. Log in, look near the job, and read the notes before you open the address. Access, the species they will not take, and how much room they have. A load is often 5 to 15 cubic metres. Fifteen is about seventeen trailer loads.
A proper load is about half wood chip and half green leaf or pine needle, with a little twig. Logs, rocks, dirt, grass, stump grindings, nails and building waste stay on the truck. The household listed the spot because they want chips. They do not pay you, and they do not pay MulchSpot, for the mulch. One bad drop teaches a street to say no. One good drop gets you invited back, and gets the neighbour to list. That is the load the arborist welcome pack is for.
You do not buy a pack to join. Prices in this arborist welcome pack are simple. Pay as you go is $19.95 including GST, charged when you open that site. A pack of 5 is $108. A pack of 10 is $170, which is $17 a site. A pack of 15 is $225, which is $15 a site. A pack of 30 is $399, about $13.30 a site. Credits stay on the account. They are not cashed out, and they are not the fee for a quote lead.
Buy a site and it leaves the map. The pins left are the ones still available. A pin stays up when the person has not pressed “I don’t want mulch anymore” on the regular email. I send that email. Some people never get it. Some never open it. Be patient. Nos can come in threes. That is not the usual day. If you land on a no, pick another garden, then text me the suburb.
The truck is heavy. A thin driveway can crack, and a gate, a letterbox or a low wire is on the crew. MulchSpot introduces the two sides. It does not drive the truck. Treat the driveway, and the other crews, the way you want your own job treated. Respect is part of the work. If the driveway in front of you does not match the arborist welcome pack note, text me.
Tell people this arborist welcome pack exists. Tell the crew you subcontract, the yard next door, your mates and your family. A gardener with room for a pile, and an arborist still driving a long way to a nursery, are both worth sending. Put the pile on your socials and tag @mulchspotofficial. Show the garden. Leave off the street address, the phone number and the person’s name.
I have been in trees for about twenty years. Private work and public work. Large removals, climbing, dragging branches. I know what a full truck feels like at the end of the day. The arborist welcome pack only works if crews help get the word out. If you are a small business branching into a new product, text me what it is. I will help you tell people, and I will give you advice if you want it. You do not need a polished pitch.
Another 1,800 mulch sites, and 100 more arborist businesses across Australia. MulchSpot is in New Zealand now, as well as Australia. You can get leads for professional tree services and outdoor green space. The same arborist welcome pack covers both: a credit for a mulch site, and a quote fee for a phone number.
One dollar from every mulch drop purchased goes to the Blue Tree Project. We also sponsor the Victorian Tree Industry Organisation, and tree climbing events. Merch is on the way. Have a look on the website, on Facebook and on Instagram. Both socials are MulchSpot Official.
Text is easier when the chipper is running. I am available most of the time. I do not know every crew on the map, and you do not need an introduction. Email theteam@mulchspot.com.au. Instagram @mulchspotofficial. Facebook is MulchSpot Official. Text “WhatsApp” and your state if you want the group for that state, the national collective, or both. You can drop and quote without joining. If the first week on this arborist welcome pack is clumsy, text me and say what the page did.
